James 4:14
The Prayer of Faith
Is any one of you in trouble? He should pray. Is anyone
Happy? Let him sing songs of praise. Is anyone of you sick? He should call the
elders of the church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of
the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the
Lord will raise him up. If he has sinned, he will be forgiven. Therefore confess your sins to each other and
pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is
powerful and effective.
Elijah was a man just like us. He prayed earnestly that it
would not rain, and it did not rain on the land for three and a half years.
Again he prayed, and the heavens gave rain, and the earth produced its crops.
My brothers, if one of you should wander from the truth and
someone should bring him back, remember this: Whoever turns a sinner from the
error of his way will save him from death and cover over a multitude of sins.

I guess I should apply this message to my life by rejoicing to the lord when I’m happy, praying often and asking from help from him when I need it.
Also, I can apply it to my life by helping others and helping them get to know the Lord better which, will save them from the wicked ways of the devil and save them from death. -Hannah

I can apply this to my life by praying when ever I'm sick, sad, or even happy and pleasing God by talking to him and asking him to forgive my of the bad things i have done and for him to give good things to my life. Like sun so i can play outside, and rain. So i can do homework and please my teachers. God forgives anyone's sins if they just pray, like in this verse, and like in the verse, pray if your sick and you will be well. Pray for happiness and you will get it. Pray for good things and you will get it.
Question...Does God always give you what you want? Explain.....

i think that whenever a friend in need is in the hands of the devil. guess i should do my port and help them up and lead them to the lord cause the lord is our sovereign God and he will get rid of satan wherever the devil is, (i mean if you want to follow him).

I think this verse means that we need to pray for each other. We should also thank God for healing us and for healing others. If God answers our prayers, we should always thank him, even when he gave him something we don’t like. God knows what’s best for us, and sometimes he has something for us and we don’t like it. But we shouldn’t complain because it’s all apart of God’s plan for us. I have a saying that I think of every time something goes wrong, God works in many and mysterious ways. It means that everything wrong in our lives, it’s all apart of God’s plan. We should accept everything God gives us. We should pray for our friends and people who don’t know God. Sometimes, we’re mad at God, but we should not be because like I sad before, God knows what’s best for us. This verse is good if we’re confused about prayer.
Good insight. I have gotten mad a God many times - it is a way that humans can process our emotions. God knows this. He is always ready for us to come back and ask for forgiveness and He always allows it. Praise Jesus.

I really like this because it has truths that if you are hurt , or if you feeling down pray to the lord .because he made you he nos everything going on in your life you can can trust him . he loves you and everything about you . he is there even if you don’t see him cuz he is there no matter what . he nos everthing more than you even no about yourself ever hair on your head , every thing.
He even nos even what you job is going to be before you even think about jobs you no you can trust him and what he says listen . think one day you will be in heaven some day and you are going to be thankfall for listing to him. So u no now trust in the lord he no a lot more then you can amagen
also remember: that the devil can trick the human mind and when he does he will fill it with whatever he finds, whether if he wants you to get on drugs or something else, God will always be there for you.
